Buffy: Angelus' Album

So I've recently finished series 2 of Buffy, and it appears to me that until the last couple of episodes, Evil Angel's schemes seem to revolve around bragging to people about taking their women. Even when he's supposed to be killing Buffy, he seemed more interested in trolling her and her friends.
